Our Software is sold through the Mac App Store. Apple handles Mac App Store purchases and payment information.

Local File Processing

MIDI files are processed locally on your Mac and do not use external services, cloud processing, analytics, advertising, or tracking to perform MIDI file conversion.

If you contact support, we may use the information you provide, such as your macOS version, app version, and issue description, to troubleshoot and improve our Software.
